Refunds Policy AI Powerhouse (aipowerhouse.pro) — Effective 17 June 2026
AI Powerhouse sells downloadable digital eBooks. This policy explains when a refund is available, and confirms your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Digital delivery and change of mind
Our eBooks are delivered as instant digital downloads with no copy protection (DRM). Once a file has been downloaded, we have no way to revoke or retrieve it. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind — including if you purchased the wrong guide, decided you no longer wanted it, didn’t have time to use it, or found similar content elsewhere. We’d encourage you to check the description, format list, and sample pages for each guide carefully before buying.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: they must be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose described, and match the description provided at the point of sale. If a guide fails to meet these guarantees, you’re entitled to a remedy regardless of anything else in this policy.
When a refund, replacement, or redelivery is available
You’re entitled to a remedy if:
- the file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise doesn’t open or work as described;
- you received the wrong file or format;
- the guide is materially different from how it was described at the time of purchase; or
- you’re unable to access your purchase because of a fault on our side that we can’t fix within a reasonable time.
To request a remedy, email hello@aipowerhouse.pro within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description (and, where relevant, a screenshot or example) of the problem. We’ll typically resolve a genuine fault by sending a corrected or replacement file first. If that doesn’t fix the problem, you’re entitled to a refund.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 7–10 business days of approval.
Access duration
Guides are accessible for 12 months from the date of purchase, in PDF, ePub, and Kindle formats. The 14-day window above is separate from this access period — it’s the window for raising a fault, not a general return window.
